This three-region blend consists of coffee from Laos (Xam Tai Natural), China (Yunnan Dongka Washed) and Indonesia (Java Daya Sindoro Wet-hulled). Best extracted as an espresso (40ml), expect a medium-bodied coffee with tasting notes of grapefruit which ends with a lingering toffee aftertaste. The coffee is overall a balanced one with a rounded acidity. When extracted as a Lungo (110ml), expect a tea-like body with nutty notes as the dominant flavour.
