Warisan - Lemak Cili Padi

Lemak Cili Padi is a very well-known dish in both Indonesian and Malay community. This has to be the most evergreen dishes of all time and definitely one of our most popular rempah.

Our Lemak Cili Padi are made using fresh curcumin, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, kaffir and turmeric leaves and a slew of birds eyes chillies.

INGREDIENTS:
Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Galangal, Turmeric, Kaffir and Turmeric leaf, Chilli, Salt, Sugar


METHOD OF COOKING:
• Add paste in heated cooking pot and add 500ml of water and let it comes to a boil

• Add 1 whole chicken and coconut milk (200ml)

• Simmer on low heat until meat is cooked. Ready to serve.
