Nuemis - Sambal Lado Merah

The ever versatile paste, Sambal Tumis can be used as a dip, marinade, base sauce or condiment. Warisan’s version of Sambal Tumis consist the flavourful belacan and tamarind that adds depth to the sambal.

Our Sambal Tumis can be used as base paste for fried rice, mee goreng, stir-fried dishes with prawn and egg or as sambal to Nasi Lemak.


INGREDIENTS:
Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Belacan, Tamarind, Chilli Salt, Sugar


METHOD OF COOKING:
• Add paste in heated frying pan

• Add prawns / egg

• Simmer on low heat until meat is cooked. Ready to serve.
