This is kombucha as it tastes back in 1960 when grandma brewed it for her whole family in Singapore. Fully fermented for at least 21 days, this traditional kombucha definitely packs a tart punch and is an acquired taste for those with a sweet tooth. But if you are part of the ACV, enzyme drink, lime juice crowd, this will be right up your alley!
Served in glass bottles. Raw unpasteurized kombucha contains trace amounts of alcohol, no more than what you would find in naturally ripened fruits. We recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 month for better taste consistency.
