Kiam Sng Di, meaning “salty, sour, and sweet” in the hokkien dialect is no stranger to Singaporeans. This preserved plum treat can be commonly found added to traditional local beverages like lime juice, sugarcane juice, buah long long juice and now, locally brewed traditional kombucha as well!
Served in glass bottles. Raw unpasteurized kombucha contains trace amounts of alcohol, no more than what you would find in naturally ripened fruits. We recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 month for better taste consistency.
