Mekhala — Organic Lemongrass Turmeric Paste

Lemongrass and turmeric are well-loved for their flavour and anti-inflammatory qualities. This aromatic Viet/Thai paste combines the two ingredients, which is perfect as a marinade. A delicious, non-spicy paste, great for making non-spicy "curries" for the kids, or for using to flavour stir-fried noodles or fried rice.
