FoodCulture Singapore aim to deliver your order withing 1-3 working days. As ite are sourced from many places, please kindly wait 1-2 additional working days if stock are run low.

Delivery Fee

For orders below $35, a shipping fee of $3.99 will be charged.

For orders $35 and above, shipping fee will be free.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

For unsuccessful delivery (example, no one at home), we will contact you immediately. If the waiting time exceed 15 minutes, we will send back the order to our warehouse. Any subsequent re-delivery will be charged at $4 per trip, regardless of the order amount. Payment is to make cash on delivery or PayNow verified by the delivery staff.

I have yet to receive my package, is there any way to track it?

In the event that you have yet to receive your package after the expected delivery date, you can log in to your account to check the status of your order and track the shipment. Tracking details are available and sent out via a shipment confirmation email once your items have been dispatched from us. If you have opted for guest checkout, you may track your order via the online tracking system of the designated courier company as indicated in the shipment confirmation email.

 

Refunds & Returns:

Returned items must be in original packaging with payment confirmation email within 7 days of date delivered. Do we arrange delivery to collect back?

General:

Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?

Yes. Having an account allow us to identify which orders belongs to you. It also allows you to keep track of your order. Registration can be made before shopping or upon checking out at the shopping cart page.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

To ensure that your order is processed efficiently and promptly delivered, no amendments nor cancellation of any orders can be made once your order has been confirmed. This includes changing the quantities, adding or removing of item(s) and/or colours, payment mode or delivery mode.

In the event that a wrong delivery address has been keyed in, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours from time of order placed for a change in the delivery address. FoodCulture.SG reserves the right to decline your request in the event that your order has been dispatched upon receipt of the email.

Item reservation?

Placing an item into your shopping cart does not mean that your item is reserved for you. The item(s) is/are only reserved up on completion of the checkout process.

Operating Hours:

Our office hours are open from Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. All orders will be process during operating hours. Any orders after operating hours are processed on the next working day. We greatly appreciate your patience.

Payment

Available mode of payment:

You can make payment via credit/debit card by Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Other modes of payment include WeChat and Alipay. Please checked if your billing address and shipping address are the same place. If the order is a gift for someone else, kindly put their address in their delivery address. However, make sure the billing address is to yourself. Or else, Any error we may turn to the recipient.

My payment was unsuccessful, what should I do?

Should you face any difficulties processing payment, please email us with your order number at [email protected] and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can during office hours*.

*Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, excluding public holidays.
